Optimised for high-volume, low-latency support environments with escalation routing, SLA tracking, and CSAT instrumentation. The edge-runtime deployment pattern keeps response latency under 800 ms for tier-1 interactions. All conversations are logged with intent classification for QA and model improvement pipelines.
