Overview

Multilingual support detects the language of each inbound ticket, routes it to a locale-appropriate response model and enforces locale-specific escalation rules. For each supported language, a glossary of approved terminology and a tone profile govern generation. Responses are reviewed by a post-generation QA step that checks for translation errors and policy violations before delivery. Tickets in languages without full coverage are identified and routed to a human agent with a machine-translated context summary to speed their response.
