Roadmap Prioritization — Canonical Workflow
Roadmap Prioritization: provisional AI workflow implementation reference with candidate models, providers, tools, and architecture.
Overview
Roadmap prioritization takes a backlog of candidate features, initiatives and bug fixes and produces a structured scoring against strategic fit, user evidence, estimated effort and dependency risk. A reasoning model evaluates each item against the product strategy document, retrieves supporting user feedback from the evidence store, and assigns a weighted composite score. Items are clustered into thematic groups to surface strategic coherence, and a reviewer-ready trade-off narrative explains the top-ranked items and any tensions between high-scoring candidates. The output is a prioritised roadmap draft ready for planning review.
